Apple Day in WällerLand

On Sunday, October 4, 2026,

starting at 11 a.m., there will be a market at the WällerLand Tourist Information.

Everything will revolve around the apple.

Starting with the delicious apple-roasted onion sausage, there will also be an apple tasting, apple preserves, decorations, books, apple juice blends, and of course, a tasty piece of fragrant apple pie and a cup of coffee cannot be missed. Westerwald apple products and delicacies from Kräuterwindwelt will be available for sale and tasting. Various types of bread from Bäckerei Garcia will be offered, Cay Hoffmann will once again serve apple-roasted onion sausage specially created for this day and has other sausage specialties on offer. The soaps from Kirsten Weimer "Seife natürlich!" spread a wonderful scent. The highly valued regional product Wäller honey and other beehive products are also featured. There is also a stand from "Jeronimo NaturPur" offering high-quality olive oil, vinegars, and wines. Hobby crafters will present their great self-made and sewn creations, and new this year is Mevlana Naturmühle from Westerburg with their cold-pressed oils. The Will and Liselott Masgeik Foundation for Nature and Landscape Protection from Molsberg will offer fruit sales with different apple varieties from the Westerwald. Philipp Schiefenhövel will be available with expert knowledge for apple identification. Of course, the mobile juice press from Benjamin Junge from Gieleroth will not be missing.
