See historic Bad Ems like never before: the Kurhaus, the casino, and the baroque facades of the UNESCO World Heritage site – from the water. Experience the passage through the Bad Ems lock, the wooded natural slopes of the Lahn valley, and the view of the medieval city wall of Dausenau. A unique experience for the whole family – about 1.5 hours aboard the AURELIA.
The Route
Departure from the dock at the Lahn promenade in Bad Ems
Upstream through the Bad Ems lock – an experience in itself
Continue through the green Lahn valley with its wooded slopes
Up to just before Dausenau with views of the city wall and towers, then turn back
Back through the lock – passing the Kurhaus, casino, and baroque facades to the dock at the Lahn promenade

Please understand that sudden high or low water, other weather conditions, or last-minute technical problems may prevent the trip from taking place.
(In such cases, we will try to inform you in time if possible, and any tickets already paid for will be refunded.)

Though very rare, please understand that for logistical and economic reasons, we cannot operate the trip with fewer than 10 people.
