Autumn Market at Burg Satzvey

The Autumn and Equestrian Market at Burg Satzvey offers a lot to discover and experience: Horse lovers can enjoy an extensive program covering various equestrian disciplines, and selected expert lectures and information booths provide a unique opportunity for in-depth exchange. Dog lovers will also find plenty to enjoy. Playful activities for children and even a weightlifting competition ensure varied entertainment for the whole family.

On the large riding arena with a castle view, visitors can enjoy a full-day program that brings together different branches of equestrian sport: Show rider and trainer Patricia Gräfin Beissel from Emotion Pferd offers insights into the training of film and show horses along with her colleagues. The agility champions from Working Equitation Deutschland e. V. present their sport, and during the calmness training, it's shown how horse and human can build trust. A dressage quadrille and a Lusitano breed presentation complete the event.

This year, children and beginners can also test their strength by lifting natural stones. On both event days, experienced professionals from “Eisenbär” will be on hand to guide the whole family in weightlifting. Who will be the "King of Stones"?

A colorful autumn market invites all visitors to browse and linger: In the castle courtyards and by the pond, there are information booths and products related to horses and dogs: accessories, handmade clothing, hats, riding boots, leashes and treats, jewelry, and crafts. Culinary delights round off the selection.
