AQUAFÖHR is located directly on the Wyk beach on the beautiful North Sea island of Föhr and offers all-around service for vacationers. Whether swimming fun, sauna, fitness, relaxation, health, or wellness – experience the versatility of the North Sea in our bathing, wellness, spa, and thalasso center! The Bistro AQUAMARIN takes care of your culinary needs.

The island of Föhr lies in the middle of the Wadden Sea National Park and is known for its particularly mild stimulating climate. Our salt-rich and iodine-containing air has a positive effect on body and soul. Plenty of fresh air and movement enhance this effect and strengthen your immune system. The health-promoting components of mud and seawater are also successfully used in the treatments at AQUAFÖHR. The water for the pure seawater baths and inhalations is taken directly from the North Sea, just a few meters away. The mud is also sourced directly from the seabed of the Wadden Sea right outside our door.

Seawater wave pool

The swimming pool is filled with original North Sea seawater heated to 28-32° C. At set times, waves are generated every half hour by a wave machine, bringing a real North Sea feeling. A shallow children’s pool with a small slide and gentle warm water jets and bubble fountains offers plenty of fun for the little ones. Those who prefer to take it easy can relax on the loungers or in the whirlpool while gazing out over the North Sea to the Halligen islands.

Sauna

In the sauna area, you’ll find peace and relaxation and can recharge your energy. Use the steam bath, log cabin sauna, or sanarium. Your visit is perfectly rounded off with a trip to the whirlpool, the movement pool, and the cozy relaxation room.

Fitness studio

At the Aquafit fitness studio, you can really work out. Tailored just for you, you can complete your individual training program. Experience sport with fun and a fantastic view of the sea!

Thalasso treatments

How about a seawater bath or a mud wrap? In thalasso therapy, you feel the intense warmth and comfort.

Massages
