The Bauern- & Freilichtmuseum Mondsee shows rural family life in a pile-dwelling, monastery, and farmhouse museum. Children can discover exhibits and experience history hands-on.
The offerings include tailored guided tours – Guided tours can be adapted to your wishes and are also offered in English. The archive holds an extensive photo and film collection dating from 1860, research assistance, scheduled archive tours and the option to make digital copies of donations. During the Bauernherbst numerous activities complement the program. 📷
