Description

The Deutsches Automatenmuseum – Sammlung Gauselmann showcases a fascinating private collection of historic coin-operated machines from the 1880s to the 1980s. Here you will find, among others, chocolate vending machines, fortune-telling devices, slot machines, jukeboxes, pinball machines, money games, and pneumatic pianos – a colorful variety of technical inventions.

With around 200 exhibits on permanent display and rotating special exhibitions, you can discover nostalgic moments together and learn more about the technical development, unique design, and social significance of these machines.

The guided tours are tailored to families and their interests, so visitors of all ages can experience the machines in action – ideal for children up to about 15 years old.
