• Pre- and postnatal counseling and the Eltern Fit-Programm – preparation for birth and parenthood.

• Distribution of free newborn bags (diaper backpacks) for newborns.

• Popular parent-child meetups in age-appropriate groups for children aged 0–2 and 2–6 years.

• Parenting workshops and practical, hands-on workshops for exchange, with tips and exercises.
