Description

The Heimatmuseum Rodach is a vibrant cultural spot, brought to life repeatedly since its founding in 1905 through the dedication of volunteers. Here, families can explore local history in an exciting way.

The museum features a permanent collection of over 5,000 objects. In addition, rotating special exhibitions offer fresh experiences and worthwhile visits.

Especially fascinating are the exhibits on local craft traditions, such as the Franken Ceramics Rodach and the collections of animal figures from the Max Roesler manufactory, which provide intriguing insights into regional craftsmanship.

For families who prefer to experience the museum from home, there are digital private tours led by board members. This makes visiting the museum an exciting experience online as well.

The Heimatmuseum regularly takes part in community cultural events, including special opening days and concerts like the Stef White Band "Glory Days", adding musical entertainment to family outings.
