Kinderwald

Kinderwald gives children and families the chance to get involved actively – from planning to bringing ideas like willow villages, forest sofas, and bridges to life.

Kinderwald invites you to freely explore nature, play, wade in water, and get dirty. This way, children gain hands-on experiences with the environment and develop environmental awareness through play.

The focus is on a conscious approach to nature and the idea of sharing the environment – sharing the forest with many living creatures.

Besides play and adventure, Kinderwald is also a meeting place, a retreat, and provides space for school classes and their research projects.

Special highlights include musical celebrations such as the concert for World Children’s Day, the Festival of Lights with a lantern parade and music, and the ZusammenKlang festival, which combines music, creativity, and community.

Workshops and training sessions complement the program, such as introductions to fruit tree pruning and youth camps with exciting activities for teenagers.
