Description

The Kupfermuseum features the largest private collection of original copper art and everyday objects from Central Europe and Asia.

The exhibition includes prehistoric finds as well as sacred items from the late Middle Ages, and mainly showcases historical everyday objects from the 17th to the 19th century.

Particularly worth seeing are designer pieces by well-known artists of Art Nouveau and Art Deco. The collection is supplemented by everyday items made of bronze, brass, and pewter, as well as thematic paintings, graphics, and sculptures.

The guided tours offer exciting stories and plenty of interesting information about the beauty and diversity of copper. The museum is celebrating its 20th anniversary of the collection exhibition.
