Description
Mensch, Puppe! Das Bremer Figurentheater invites you to imaginative and captivating puppet theater performances that vividly explore the contrast between humans, objects, reality, and fiction.
Especially suitable for children from 4 years old is the play The Little Witch. Based on the story by Otfried Preußler, it tells the tale of a young witch who, at the age of 127, must prove she is a good witch in order to participate in the big witches' dance. The performance lasts about 45 minutes.
The theater combines puppetry, acting, and live music, offering not only classic literary adaptations like The Visit of the Old Lady and Little Man – What Now? but also a wide range of stories from tragic comedy to historical themes.
A truly special experience is the interdisciplinary production Paula. Selbst, which brings together theater, painting, and music to impressively explore the life of the painter Paula Modersohn-Becker.
Look forward to a varied program full of creativity and exciting impressions – perfect for everyone who loves puppet theater and wants to discover new stories! 🎭
