Description
"No human being has the right to obey": Since 2017, this sentence by Hannah Arendt has been displayed in the three official languages above the Mussolini relief on the finance building. It is meant to reinterpret the fascist monumental relief by Hans Piffrader, with its motto "Credere, obbedire, combattere" ("Believe, obey, fight"), in a lasting way.
