Museum der Landschaft Eiderstedt

In the "good parlor" there is a wedding room of the Garding district office: Here you can get married in the traditional style of the region and afterwards take a guided tour through the museum as well as enjoy a small toast with sparkling wine or mineral water.

The museum serves as a long-term memory of the landscape with the mission to preserve historical objects and present them clearly to share knowledge and contribute to an Eiderstedt identity. The permanent exhibition also showcases the history of the place, from a poor village through the development of the seaside resort to today's progress.
