Naturerlebnisbad Siegbach
Description
In Siegbach-Eisemroth, the first Naturerlebnisbad in the Naturpark Lahn-Dill-Bergland region opened in 2004. Here you will find perfect swimming enjoyment across 1500 sqm of water surface. Diving cliffs, water slide, mud corner, paddling pool, sun sails, beach volleyball/soccer court, and a spacious sunbathing lawn surrounded by beautiful nature are available for both young and old.
The heart of our natural pool is the separate regeneration pond. It carries out the biological cleaning of the bathing water without any chemical or chlorine additives. Microorganisms are used here to convert small suspended and dirt particles in the bathing water into mineral salts.
The lake cycle path from Perftal Reservoir to Aartal Lake runs directly past the Naturerlebnisbad. The Salzböde bike trail is also nearby. The premium hiking trail "Hohe Straße" begins and ends right at the pool. It is truly a special highlight and one of the most popular hiking trails in Hesse. The snack station invites you to relax on the sun terrace with views over the pool and nature, whether you're a swimmer, hiker, or cyclist. There you will find a cool drink, a good snack, and a relaxing atmosphere all around!
