The baroque former moated castle offers an atmospheric setting and a sprawling park, ideal for your exploration outings with children. 🏰

In the outer bailey buildings there are rotating cultural programs, the main building displays the permanent Steinsche Gemäldesammlung and regularly contemporary art. The Rittersaal often serves as a stage for concerts and theater – perfect for you if you like live performances.

The restored artillery fortress with the nearly 260 m long casemate passage (ca. 1,20 m wide) and its distinctive towers invites children to explore and climb.
