Sprungfrei Trampolinpark

Since December 2019, trampoline enthusiasts have had over 1,700 m² at Sprungfrei Trampolinpark in Lathen to jump around to their heart’s content.

Kids from 6 years old, teenagers, and adults take on the challenges of the different activities, whether on a family outing or a group trip. In between, guests big and small can take a break and recharge at the bistro with its outdoor area, ready for the next jump.

One of Sprungfrei’s attractions is “Valo Jump,” where players jump on a trampoline while navigating a video game displayed on a screen. There are also many trampoline zones for flips and other tricks. In dodgeball, played with two teams, participants must avoid getting hit by a soft ball. Jumping from various heights into a foam pit or onto an air cushion (Air Bag) is a ton of fun. The newest attraction, inspired by the TV show “Ninja Warrior,” is the “Ninja Course,” where climbing and jumping fans swing from rope to rope or ball to ball, always landing safely on the air cushion (Air Bag).
