Description

Spread over 24 hectares of forest, Tierpark Neumünster is home to more than 700 animals from 100 different species. The animals include alpacas, Barbary macaques, polar bears, Humboldt penguins, maned wolves, seals, and a petting zoo with goats and sheep. Feeding times and guided tours are always highlights. Throughout the year, there are various exciting events.

Certain animals, such as goats and fallow deer, may be fed with food provided by the zoo.

Kids especially love the large adventure playground, and several barbecue areas can be reserved.

The zoo is accessible for people with disabilities, featuring barrier-free restrooms and well-paved paths suitable for wheelchairs.

Dogs are welcome at Tierpark Neumünster on a short leash, and there is even a dog agility course.
