Weltvogelpark Walsrode

Weltvogelpark Walsrode is the largest bird park in the world and ranks among the ten zoos with the greatest biodiversity worldwide. Meet a thousand feathered friends from all over the globe and get hands-on with many unique attractions. Spread over 24 hectares, you can see 4,000 birds from 600 different species and enjoy one of the largest and most beautiful botanical garden and park areas in Germany.

Take part in the daily feedings of penguins, pelicans, birds of prey, and baby birds, and experience spectacular flight shows that take you on a journey around the world. At the Jungle Trail, the free-flight hall, or Toowoomba, you get up close and personal with our feathered residents.

The park also offers plenty of playgrounds for children. Across five play areas—from a large adventure playground to a treehouse village and a water play area—the little ones can let off steam.
