For little museum fans, there is a very special offer: Kids Day at the Technik Museums Sinsheim and Speyer. From February to November, children aged 6 to 12 experience an exciting and varied day full of adventure, learning, and fun.

In four hours, the kids dive into the fascinating world of the museum in a child-friendly guided tour, enjoy a delicious lunch, and explore unexpected worlds during a documentary film in the IMAX cinema. They are accompanied throughout by an experienced supervisor who ensures the day becomes unforgettable for everyone.

Reserve a spot for your child and let them discover the fascinating world of the Technik Museums!

The Kids Day package includes:

- Museum admission

- Documentary film in the IMAX cinema

- Child-friendly guided tour

- Lunch including a drink

- Continuous supervision

- Small gift as a keepsake

(This offer is available only in German)

During the child-friendly guided tour, the young explorers learn how fast the Concorde was, how sailors lived in submarines, or what a real piece of moon rock looks like. Afterwards, the IMAX cinemas take them on a grand journey, either into space or to the deep sea. This impressively combines knowledge and wonder. At the shared lunch, where kids can choose between chicken nuggets with fries or spaghetti with tomato sauce, new energy is gained before the discovery day continues.

The program is based on a clear mission of the museum association: to preserve and make accessible the technology of yesterday for tomorrow’s generation. Because today’s little explorers are tomorrow’s pilots, race car drivers, or scientists. With Kids Day, the Technik Museums deliberately move in this direction. They encourage the spirit of discovery and offer an experience that makes technology easy to grasp through play. At the same time, parents have the reassurance that their children are well cared for.
