After the great response in recent years, the traditional potato festival by the Saint Sebastianus marksmen brotherhood will be held again this year at the Schönstein Schützenhaus.

We warmly invite you to join this family-friendly festival on October 11, 2026, from 11 AM.

The Potato Festival has already become a beloved event, here are some of the highlights:

Culinary Delights: Of course, potato dishes remain an important part of the festival. Try various potato specialties, from French fries, fried potatoes, and potato pancakes to potato soup, potato dumplings in bacon sauce, and Döppekuchen.

There will also be delicious grilled items, and the junior marksmen will once again offer Flammkuchen as last year.

Family-friendly and close to nature: If the weather is nice, a bouncy castle is expected to be set up for the children, but they can also enjoy playing in the adjacent forest. The Schützenhaus and the festival also make a perfect starting and ending point for a lovely autumn hike.
