Description

Schloss Wolfsthurn, above the village of Mareit, tells the cultural history of hunting and fishing. The tour leads through the original, preserved state rooms of the baroque palace complex and offers insight into aristocratic life in the 18th and 19th centuries. In the educational programs on the lower floor, you can get up close to the local wildlife. The roughly one-kilometer-long themed trail “Wald und Wasser” leads from the village to the castle.
