Description
Just a few kilometers from Brixen lies Kloster Neustift, the largest monastic complex in the Tyrol region. Founded in the 12th century, it still captivates visitors today with its Baroque Stiftskirche, medieval Kreuzgang, magnificent library hall, Chinesisches Kabinett, Stiftsgarten, Wunderbrunnen, and the Romanesque „Engelsburg.“
The museum displays important art treasures from the Middle Ages to the modern era. Audio guides – including for children – as well as guided tours and daily wine tastings round out the visit.
