Description

The DASA Arbeitswelt Ausstellung is Germany's largest working world exhibition, spread over an area almost the size of two soccer fields – an experiential space where work can be discovered and experienced through play.

Ten themed worlds present work from the past, present, and future with surprising spatial and sensory impressions, fascinating objects, multimedia, and interactive stations. Special focus areas include interpersonal skills in the service sector and creative hands-on activities, such as planning and experimenting in Hochbau.

  • Classic factory work in the textile industry with steaming machines and looms

  • Impressive insights into construction site safety, deep tunnels, and airy heights

  • Truck simulator for exciting trucker experiences on the road

  • Sewing keychains, organizers, and bags in the sewing workshop

  • Experience how electrical energy is generated and how power plant workers respond to outages

  • Education about hazardous substances in chemical production and necessary safety measures

  • Insights into caregiving work and the important skills of social professions

  • Discussions and ideas about the future of work and key societal values
