Malermuseum in Wehrbleck

The Malermuseum in Wehrbleck is located in a former stable building on the Witte farm and vividly showcases the history of the painter's craft in Lower Saxony.

Across about 140 square meters, you can explore a faithfully reconstructed old painter's workshop. You will find many tools such as brushes, stencils, and paint mills, as well as interesting documents like payroll and business ledgers, and master certificates.

The museum is based on the 50-year family tradition of master painter Wilhelm Köster, creating a particularly personal and authentic atmosphere.

In the adjoining cozy lounge area, families can enjoy homemade cakes along with high-quality coffee and tea specialties – a lovely culinary highlight after the cultural experience. ☕🍰
