Pumuckl-Museum

The Pumuckl-Museum presents a special exhibition all about Pumuckl – from the very first sketch to book illustrations and record covers, all the way to the development of the cartoon character and its current interpretation.

Barbara von Johnson personally guides visitors through the exhibition, explaining the different stages of Pumuckl’s character development – an exciting insight for all fans.

Families and children can enjoy creative hands-on activities like a Pumuckl quiz and a stilt-walking contest, promising lots of fun and exercise.

In the evening, a cultural program featuring musical performances by Zapa and poetry readings by Barbara von Johnson creates a special atmosphere.

A highlight is the joint cutting of a Pumuckl cake – a symbol of joy and tradition surrounding the beloved character and the exhibition.
